      [目的]研究耐盐性机理,筛选耐盐植物对于治理和利用盐碱地具有重要意义。[方法]本文选择了南林895(Populus ? euramericana‘Nanlin 895’)、南林1388(Populus ? euramericana‘Nanlin 1388’)、南林3804(Populus deltoides‘Nanlin 3804’)、110杨和328杨等5种杨树无性系,采用室内盆栽方法,对其在不同浓度盐(NaCl)处理(CK、1‰、2‰、3‰、4‰、5‰)下的成活率、生长量、叶片细胞质膜透性、丙二醛含量、光合速率等13项指标进行了系统研究,并采用隶属函数法对其耐盐性进行了综合评价。[结果]结果表明:在盐胁迫下5种杨树无性系的苗高、地径和生物量生长都受到了抑制;苗木成活率、叶片光合速率和叶绿素含量均随盐处理浓度的提高而降低;叶片细胞质膜透性和丙二醛含量随着盐处理浓度的提高而提高。[结论]5种杨树无性系耐盐性依次为:110杨>328杨>3804杨>895杨>1388杨。110杨可以忍耐3‰左右的土壤含盐量,而其它无性系只能忍耐2‰左右的土壤含盐量。
英文摘要:
      [Objective] It is important to study the mechanism of salt tolerance and to select salt tolerant plants for making use of saline-alkali land. [Method] In this paper, five poplar clones such as Nanlin-895, Nanlin-1388, Nanlin-3804, poplar 110 and poplar 328 were selected to analyze the survival rate, growth, cell membrane permeability, malondialdehyde content and photosynthetic rate in different treatments which including CK, 1‰, 2‰, 3‰, 4‰ and 5‰ of salt (NaCl) in a greenhouse. The salt tolerance of clones was comprehensively evaluated by subordinate function method. [Result] The results showed that, the height, ground diameter and biomass of five poplar clones seedling were inhibited under the salt treatments. The survival rate, net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content of seedlings decreased with increasing of salt concentration. The cell membrane permeability and malondialdehyde content in leave increased with increasing of salt concentration. [Conclusion] The salt tolerance of five poplar clones was the order of poplar 110 > poplar 328 > Nanlin-3804 > Nanlin-895 > Nanlin-1388. Poplar 110 could tolerate the salt concentration up to 3‰ while other clones could tolerate the salt concentration up to 2‰.
