A STUDY ON THE MODEL EXPERIMENT OF ORIENTATION AND THE EFFECT OF SHELTERBELT LATTICE IN HUANG-HUAI-HAI PLAIN

Abstract: Using the data of field experiment,a mathematical model of orientation and the wind reduction effect of the shelterbelt lattice was obtained.The preliminary conclusion is as follows:1.The vector composition method is suitable to the study;2.Under the same conditions,for a shelterbelt square,the wind reduction effect is not related to wind inclination;3.Under the same conditions,for a shelterbelt rectangle,if the prevalent wind is from the short side of the rectangle,the wind reduction effect will increase as the wind inclination angle become larger.
