  • Five mycorrhizal inoculation methods were tested on Eucalyptus seedlings.All of them were effective.The mycorrhizal infection percentage of seedling reached 10%~48%.Among them,inoculations of the VA mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae and G.epigaeum) and the Pisolithus tinctorius spores were best with an increase of over 103%~247% in seedling height and 180%~193% in ground level diameter than that of the check.When the seedlings were inoculated in the tubes,seedling height increased by 10%~53% than that of the check.Nursery testing results showed that the inoculation on cuttings of Eucalyptus ABL 12 with "Mycobeads" might increase 16.8%~21.9% in seedling height and 21.2%~39.5% in dry weight of the seedlings.
