Abstract: Cytological observation on regenerated plants of Lilium sulphureum,L.sargentiae and L. sp. has discovered the occurrences of chromosomal numerical variations. The variations include ploidy and aneuploidy changes in chromosomal number. The ploidy variations found in L. sulphureum and L. sp.,within the range of 2n=3x,4x. The aneuploidy variations found in all 3 species, within the range of 2n=2x-2,2x-1,2x+1,2x+2. Furthermore, some abnormalities of mitoses have been observed.
